The Navigli district is a vibrant area that is known for its picturesque canals, restaurants, and bars. This was my absolute fave part of Milan! It is a great spot to watch the sunset, have an apertivo and then try some delicious Italian cuisine. This area is also very lively and filled with bars to enjoy the nightlife.

4. Try Milanese cuisine:

Milanese cuisine is packed with flavorful dishes that reflect the city's history and culture. Some popular Milanese dishes include Risotto alla Milanese (saffron-infused risotto), Cotoletta alla Milanese (breaded veal cutlet), and Panettone (a sweet bread with dried fruits and candied citrus peel). Be sure to try these traditional dishes while in Milan, and don't forget to pair them with a glass of local wine or aperitivo cocktail for the ultimate dining experience.

Visit Parco Sempione:

Parco Sempione is a beautiful park in the heart of Milan. Inside the park you’ll find the Sforza Castle and Arco delle Pace. The Sforza Castle is a historical fortress that houses various museums and art collections. The castle was home to the powerful Sforza family, who ruled Milan during the Renaissance period.
